Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Lasheri.com operated by Lasheri' Necessities.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be defective (broken, damaged, etc).  Send an email to lasherinecessities@gmail.com and include the order number and product photo within 3 calendar days of your delivery.  If all or part of your order is deemed as refundable, a return label will be sent to you via email. 

Once the defective item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to you within 5 business days.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If a product is no longer available for exchange a refund will be issued.


Buyer's remorse will not be eligible for a refund.
